About
Jill Jacobs Therapy was founded to provide a safe, inclusive space for people of all experiences, identities, and abilities to gain the mental health support and understanding that they need to thrive.
I seek to create a comfortable space for each person with whom I work. I approach my work with curiosity, humility, humor, playfulness, compassion, and authenticity, and I believe that change happens when clients can be vulnerable within a safe environment. I focus on building a warm, empathetic therapy relationship where clients can come as they are to work towards their mental health goals.
